Yin Yoga: Yin Supine with Bitsy

For the bulk of this practice, you will be on your back (supine), allowing the spine to release, relax and unwind. We spend much of our day hunched over from typical daily activities. This practice tries to counteract the forward motion and curling to allow an opening in the front body, creating space in the shoulders. Please have all props handy plus a wall.
