Yin Yoga: Spine + Hip Alignment with Bitsy

Today's class is predominantly a yin class where we will incorporate a hatha pose to help us with our balance practice. It is focused on working with the spine and hip alignment - a way to use the yin poses to release any tension or tightness bound up in the spine, the shoulders and the hips.
