This class is a Y2, yin and yoga nidra. This class was designed to be supine, or reclined. Most of the work will be on your back. There will be yin, but some elements will feel more restorative. My hope is that you can counteracting all of the curling in we tend to do throughout the day, letting you have the opportunity to open the shoulders, the back and creating space in the chest. Another aspect of this class is to feel your breath as it enters and exits your body. Try not to overthink or force the breath. Settle down into your body and let the breath take over.
