Yin Yoga: From the Heart with Bitsy

This is a yin class titled "From the Heart". Yin is a practice as a way to reconnect. First, when we take this practice, we connect with our body. Part of reconnecting is that we allow ourselves to accept ourselves as we are in the present moment. Allowing ourselves to be in the posture, and just be there. To acknowledge our bodies wisdom and what it is telling us. Taking time to be quiet, connect, and to listen to our body - we begin to work from the inside out to understand to to connect to our true selves. So the quiet of a yin practice lets us create space for our mind, our body, and our heart to feel safe.
