Yin Yoga for the IT Band with Bitsy

This class is yin, and it is working to explore your IT band, which is the side leg muscle and fascia. For many of us who either sit alot, driving or sitting, or maybe you hike and bike, sometimes this is a very tight part of the body. This class is a way to help you stretch, or workout, in between your regular exercises. This is a different way of getting this part of the body to unwind.
