A Hips Yoga Snack with Bitsy

This yoga snack is a practice that is focused on your hips. This is a short video, but each pose could be done anywhere from 3-10 minutes. Longer holds allow the body to absorb the benefits of the pose. A note about this Humble Pie Class: Many of these videos are from our early days of bad internet, storms, and learning how to use the technology to best bring yoga to you. Please accept our offerings. The classes are still good despite the bumps in the road.
