Yin 300hr
Yin Nidra is a practice that integrates Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, aimed at
cultivating deep relaxation and greater inner presence. This state of
complete relaxation naturally induces a state of meditation, allowing your
attention to penetrate deeper and increasing the awareness of your
subconscious mind.
We will use Yin and/or Restorative yoga poses. Each week will have a
theme, focus on body, energy or season. Props are highly encouraged, and
each class will identify recommended props. Almost all poses are done on
the floor-perfect for active stretching and ending with chilling out in
Savasana. Sometimes classes will use wall, chair or special props to
support the yin pose effectively. Each week will feature a guided meditation
during your Savasana (nap time!)
