Endings…Beginnings…Change keeps life interesting!

As most of you know, we recently closed the brick-and-mortar studio. While that was a bittersweet ending, new beginnings have appeared for us. Our practitioners have found new homes or come to your home and our teachers have either created a space or found a space in which to teach. Also, the ending, while tough, presented loving beautiful messages about what Laughing Elephant Yoga meant to them, how it helped them on their journey and in some cases “saved” them. Know that those kind words, thoughts and deeds during closing meant so much to us and continue to fill our hearts with joy!

Endings

The studio is closed and empty to find a new adventure. I’ve placed the LEY studio belongings in storage and have hired James St. Clair to help me find new homes for these treasured items. If you are interested or have needs, please let me know and I will connect you with James.

New Beginnings

I am thrilled to say, I’ve been able to find a new hOMe to teach – a new studio in Flat Rock called Wild Lotus Yoga Collective owned by Tish Hilyer. She has welcomed me and other fabulous teachers into this gorgeous, peaceful space located within the Highlands Lake Cove property. I will begin teaching Monday August 5, 2024. My schedule is:

Mon & Wed 12-115pm Yin Nidra

Fri 12-115pm Rest & Restore

Please register online with www.wildlotusyogacollective.com, sign your waiver and pick classes you want to attend. The classes listed above are currently $10/each or you can buy a pack of class passes to draw upon. You can also access my classes via Mindbody, put in the studio name and it will pull up the classes. I am also working with Tish to find dates to offer a two-hour Rest & Divine Sleep class – that one will be $20/per. Again, you will be able to buy class passes to apply to those sessions.

Beginnings become the present moment…

I have chosen to keep the name of my yoga business as Laughing Elephant Yoga. It is a brand that makes me happy, fills me with joy and I believe, will continue to provide offerings to my community. So, while I no longer have a building to call hOMe, I have spaces elsewhere that I can provide my offerings. Stay tuned for the updates as I recreate how I share yoga, yoga nidra, Bitsy’s Blog and a revised website. I am so looking forward to teaching classes and sharing community. Please stay in touch!
